Classic Format
This category is open to traditional 750ml bottles. Packages will be judged on their visual appeal, design functionality, appropriateness for the price segment and the creative utilization of the classic bottle format.

Luxury Package
Open to any packaging format that retails for $40 and higher at a 750ml equivalent, whose packages are designed to compete and succeed on high-end restaurant wine lists and in fine wine shops against luxury wines from around the world. Packages will be judged on their visual appeal, design functionality, appropriateness for the price segment and quality of packaging materials used.

Best Package Series Design
The Best Package Series Design is open to entries consisting of two or more pieces that work together as a cohesive whole. Packages will be judged on the cohesiveness of the series, their visual appeal as a series and as individual bottles, design functionality and appropriateness for the price segment.

Package Redesign
The redesign must have been introduced to the marketplace between May 1, 2021, and May 1, 2024. Packages will be judged on the successfulness of the redesign, their visual appeal, design functionality and appropriateness for the price segment.

Alternative/Non-glass Format
This category is open to any packaging not in glass bottle format. Examples include: wine boxes, bags, plastic, cans in 355 ml and larger formats, Tetra Pak, etc. Packages will be judged on their visual appeal, design functionality, appropriateness for the price segment and creative utilization of the alternative packaging format.

The Racing Series wines by Adobe Road Winery are comprised of six ultra-premium, California blends inspired by moments on the racetrack. This collection is unique and authentic, representing the culmination of owner and championship race car driver, Kevin Buckler's personal passions, vision and leadership. Each package has a specific story. Consumers are drawn to the tactical lug on and interested to know more. The unique bottle shape of the 24 also gets attention. Sold out of first production.
